If you would like to purchase a McHardy Original sculpture please note:

PRICE

Perfect Pace and Perfect Style, border collie sculptures cost £295 per sculpture.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by cheque, credit card or directly to our PayPal account.

CARRIAGE

– Postage is free in the UK

– For delivery outside the UK we will provide a quotation when we receive your order and details of your address

If at any time you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please simply send us an email telling us so.

Information about our customers is strictly private and we do not share it with others.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Delivery Information

UK - Your order will be sent to you within a few days of us receiving your payment BUT PLEASE ALLOW 28 DAYS. There is no charge for deliveries in the UK.

Special delivery -
For urgent deliveries please call or email us and we will always do our best to help if we can.

Overseas shipping -
For the rest of Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand please contact us for delivery details before placing your order.

Returns and Refunds

We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however if you are not completely satisfied and wish to return it, you must please notify us in writing (either by email or post) within 7 days of receiving it. You must then please return it to us undamaged within 21 days of such notification. Upon receipt of the undamaged item, we will gladly issue you with a refund. Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs.

Any defective or faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery (this does not affect your statutory rights).

Please note that we cannot accept liability for the loss or damage of returned orders and we therefore highly recommend that they be sent to us by registered post.

Cancellations

We trust your order will fill you with joy and expectation but should you need to cancel an order please do so as soon as possible.

If your items have been shipped before you cancel your order, you are required to return the item(s) adequately packaged for protection against damage and pay the return carriage cost within 21 days from the date of your cancellation notification reaching us.
